Concord Hospital is committed and required to provide meaningful and equal access to medical services and program by facilitating communication of essential information to all of our patients in a language and manner they understand, including sign language and/or foreign language interpreters and assistive devices. Every effort will be made to provide an interpreter in a timely manner. These services will be provided to the patient and their companion through the utilization of a variety of methods on a 24-hour basis. These services will be provided free of charge to people who need them for effective communication. For assistance, please contact any hospital personnel or the Nursing Supervisor, who serves as the program administrator. Call (603) 225-2711 or TTY/TDD at (603) 228-7135.
