Concord Hospital accepts and bills most insurances. Your insurer is under contract with you and your employer. Accordingly, if your insurance carrier does not make payment, the bill may ultimately be your responsibility. It is your responsibility to understand the terms and conditions of your insurance coverage. Please make sure all of your policy's requirements have been satisfied prior to receiving services from Concord Hospital. Your insurer may require written or telephonic pre-certification or pre-authorization from you or your physician.
