At Concord Hospital, we care about your spiritual well-being. A chapel located on the third floor is open to you and your family for solace any time. If you indicated an affiliation with a Concord area church or temple, your name will be listed accordingly so your minister, priest or rabbi can know you are hospitalized. A member of Concord Hospital’s spiritual care staff would be pleased to visit with you to offer assistance and discuss resources for additional help and support. This visit can be arranged by your doctor, any staff member on the patient care team, a social worker, or by calling the Office of Patient and Family Services directly.
