You will receive promptly any personal telegrams, messages or e-greetings sent to the hospital. Letters and packages should be clearly printed with your complete first and last name. If mail arrives after you have been discharged, it will be forwarded to your home address. If you are discharged to somewhere other than home and wish to have your mail delivered to the alternate address, please have your care provider advise the mailroom.
