The second floor of the Payson Center for Cancer Care
is dedicated entirely to chemotherapy treatment. There
are 10 patient stations and one private station located on the south side of the building, which offers the most pleasant view for patients.

The Joan K. Farrel Cancer Center Library
occupies about 900 square feet on the ground floor of the Payson Center for Cancer Care. Located just left of the ground floor entrance to the radiation oncology unit,
the Joan K. Farrel Cancer Resource
Library is a lending library for
patients, families and the community
that contains books, patient education
brochures, computer terminals with
Internet access and a video and CD
collection. Individuals can take
advantage of a private, relaxed
atmosphere to research the disease,
investigate treatment options and
complementary therapies, and learn about
local resources and support groups. The
cancer center is equipped with free wireless Internet access
and loaner laptops are
available through the library for
patients and families.

The Family Place at Concord Hospital
Our private birthing rooms, each with a bath and whirlpool, are designed to provide a comfortable environment for your labor, delivery, recovery, and post-partum care. Since the entire birthing process takes place in your own room, the experience is almost like having your baby at home with experienced physicians and/or midwives assisting.
