Our Concord Hospital Cholesterol Treatment Center is dedicated to helping adults lower cholesterol and reduce cardiac risk, and is
the only facility in the State where children can be treated for cholesterol disorders. Our pioneering medical team of four physicians, a registered nurse practitioner, and
three dietitians empower each patient to take an active role in their health care. All patients receive a personalized plan of care that includes a diet consultation,
medication management assistance, exercise program, and follow-up with a registered dietitian.
