Concord Hospital measures patient satisfaction through Press Ganey, Inc., an independent provider of satisfaction surveys and other satisfaction measurement tools. The
surveys, which are mailed to patients’ homes, ask patients to rate various aspects of their visit on a scale of very good (100 percent) to poor (0 percent). Feedback from
patients allows us to continuously focus on performance improvement and enhance existing services and programs.
