As a member of Concord Hospital Medical Group (a department of Concord Hospital), Cholesterol Treatment Center provides comprehensive, individualized medical care for
adults with genetically high cholesterol, coronary artery disease, diabetes, or who have suffered a stroke. Additionally, it is the only facility in the state where children
are treated for high cholesterol. Services include evaluation and expert consultation, individualized diet and exercise plans, medication management, and access to clinical
research trials.
