Injury Prevention Education

Individual and group educational programs are offered in the areas of repetitive motion injury prevention and back injury prevention. Patients and employees are instructed on the causes of pain or dysfunction and strategies to decrease and prevent stress and strain and avoid injury.

Work Station Evaluation

Therapists with extensive experience in the field of ergonomic assessment perform an analysis of a work station and make recommendations from simple adjustments to more extensive work station redesign to prevent or reduce occupational orthopaedic injuries.

The Center for Integrative Medicine, located at 81 Hall Street, also provides massage services.
