Concord Hospital measures patient satisfaction through Press Ganey, Inc., an independent provider of satisfaction surveys and other satisfaction measurement tools. The surveys, which are mailed to patients’ homes, ask patients to rate various aspects of their visit on a scale of very good (100 percent) to poor (0 percent). Feedback from patients allows us to continuously focus on performance improve and enhance existing services and programs.

The most current patient satisfaction score ranked our dedicated orthopaedics inpatient unit in the 97th percentile when compared to other similar facilities (inpatient orthopaedic units) in the country, according to the Press Ganey Associates, Inc. national database.
