Women’s Reproductive Health and Fertility provides comprehensive gynecological care to women from adolescence, through the reproductive years, and into maturity. Health screening programs include dietary guidance, mammography screening, cervical cancer surveillance, osteoporosis prevention and postmenopausal options in hormone and vitamin supplementation. Areas of expertise include evaluation and treatment of infertility, advanced laparoscopic surgery including laparoscopic hysterectomy, treatment of endometriosis, and evaluation and treatment of pelvic pain. Women's Reproductive Health and Fertility also works in conjunction in virto fertilization centers to offer in vitro fertilization, ICSI, and donor egg programs.

Advanced laparoscopic surgery is performed at Concord Hospital in a laparoscopic surgical suite. Laprascopic surgery offers the advantages of very small incisions, more rapid postoperative recovery, less chance of postoperative adhesions and scarring, and decreased risks of many postoperative complications. Laparoscopic hysterectomy, treatment of urinary incontinence, treatment of endometriosis, and evaluation and treatment of pelvic pain are all available. Additionally, we work in conjunction with in vitro fertilization centers, including Reproductive Science Center and Boston IVF to maintain availability of all treatment options to our patients.

Women’s Reproductive Health and Fertility uses state of the art ultrasonographic equipment, current laser surgical techniques, individualized fertility treatment programs to bring personalized health care to our patients. Additionally, we maintain a personal and caring atmosphere and know our patients by their first names.
