Community Medical Associates, a department of Concord Hospital, is a patient-focused medical practice specializing in the care of adults. Our goal is to provide high quality halth care with an emphasis on preventive and primary care services. Our providers specialize in the sick and well care of individuals sixteen years of age and older. Evaluation and treatment of endocrine disorders is also available by consultation. The office is located at One Corporate Center, 60 Commercial Street, Suite 401 in the Concord Hospital Medical Building at Horseshoe Pond.

Hours of Operation
Mondays through Fridays 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Office hours by appointment.
A physician is always available for urgent problems during the evenings, weekends, and holidays. If an urgent problem arises after hours, please call the office and the answering service will contact a physician to call you back.
