Family Care of Concord, a department of Concord Hospital, is a patient-focused medical practice specializing in the care of families. We have been providing high quality health care to the community for over 10 years with emphasis on preventive and primary care services. Some of the services provided at Family Care of Concord include: Preventative health exams, including well child checks, immunizations, women’s health care, diagnosis and treatment of common illnesses, EKGs and on-site laboratory and X-ray. The practice is located in the Pillsbury Building, Suite 2600.
